Editions and Canon

Jeez... they made so many VtM books. I hearby rule the 'pyramid of canon' is as follows.

1st: 20th Anniversary Edition [Now officially called 4th Edition]
2nd: Victorian Age
3rd: 3rd Edition [often called 'Revised']
4th: Everything else

What does this mean? In short, this is my 'order of search' when I make rulings. If I don't find it in V20, I go to Victorian, then 3rd - you get my drift. Unless I say otherwise, the highest-ranking source makes all earlier comments on the subject as obsolete and and inadmissible as evidence.

However, I'm not a canon lawyer. If I rule X because V20 said so but you feel rule Y given in 3rd makes more sense, you can state your case to me. But my decision is final.
